Anchor Point Youth Podcast

  Anchor Point is a youth-led podcast from Del Norte and Tribal Lands that explores how connection builds resilience. Through real conversations with local residents, the hosts uncover stories of community, culture, and belonging, reminding us that mental health grows stronger when we are anchored to one another. 

Why name the podcast Anchor Point?

An anchor point is a strong, stable place of attachment from which a system is secured. The podcast serves as that point for our community, a place where connection, stories, and shared experiences help us stay grounded together. 

Meet Our Hosts

 Anchor Point is led by five incredible youth from Del Norte and Tribal Lands: Mickole, Azel, Lee, Charlie, and Marcus. Each host brings their own story, personality, and perspective to the microphone.


Together, they explore what connection, resilience, and community really mean. Through honest conversations and shared laughter, they remind us that everyone has a story worth hearing and that our voices are stronger when we lift each other up.
