Building Resilience Through Intentional Action

Rooted in Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model, our programs are intentionally designed to honor the way the human brain heals and grows. By creating safe, rhythmic spaces that help calm the nervous system and deepen everyday connections, we make space for real learning, personal growth, and lasting community resilience.

Neighborhood BBQs

We help neighbors gather over food and train local "connectors" with access to community resources. Having a trusted neighbor in an emergency reduces sadness and builds real resilience.

Resilient DNATL Coalition

This coalition brings leaders from diverse sectors into one shared space. Powered by an inspiring group of community members, we collaborate, share resources, and weave the Neurosequential Model into everyday local practices.

Raising Resilience Event

Our big annual gathering brings everyone together for delicious food, fun, and learning. It’s a joyful space to discover how Dr. Perry’s Neurosequential Model fits into everyday life, equipping families, youth, and neighbors with practical tools to thrive.
