How we are making a difference
At Resilient Del Norte and Tribal Lands, we believe that strong connections help prevent Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and build a stronger community. Having a trusted person to support children is key to protecting them from trauma. By strengthening relationships between families, community members, and organizations, we ensure no child faces challenges alone.
Resilient DNATL is a project of the California Health Collaborative. Their mission is to change lives by improving health & wellness.
