    No, we actually prefer that you don’t read ahead. Instead, we’ll journey through the book chapter by chapter as a group, with our facilitator guiding the discussion and bringing the book’s insights to life in meaningful ways.


  • What types of books will we read?
    We focus on books about childhood, trauma, parenting, and relationships, including titles that explore how experiences shape resilience and connection.
